Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated Shipping Times

North America: 3-5 business days

Europe: 1-2 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-4 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-4 weeks

North Africa and the Middle East: 2-4 weeks

Sub-Saharan Africa: 2-4 business days

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

 


 

Returns and Exchanges

I Gladly Accept Returns and Exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I Don’t Accept Cancellations

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The Following Items Can’t be Returned or Exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Buyers are responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your package is being delivered to a safe location. If a package has been lost, please contact your post office to file a claim. If you believe a package may have been stolen, please file a mail theft report.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen you can contact me and I will make every effort to work with you to help you track the package and to help provide you with information you may need in order to make a claim with your post office.

Note: International shipments can only be tracked by Wailing Wizard within the U.S. borders. Please contact your local post office and/or customs to request more information about missing or delayed international packages.
